The cooler uses copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins, mechanically expanded.

The Yingteng explosion-proof fan coil unit utilizes a high-efficiency aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.

The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision steel ball bearings that can be self-lubricated. The motor shafts are all heat-treated and treated with hard chrome for durability, making them easy to disassemble and assemble at the fixed points. The motor leads are all protected with metal hoses, compliant with international standards.

Standard coil outlet air static pressure is 0~12Pa, while the remaining pressure type outlet air static pressure is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.

The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring solid and durable construction with no welding marks. The exposed pipe tray is made from steel plates produced by Baosteel Shanghai, with a surface treated by spray painting, while the concealed pipe tray is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel plates.

The coiled material is made of seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed through hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating material, featuring copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and extremely low air resistance.
