The Yinteng explosion-proof ceiling fan coil operates normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.
b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.
c) There are explosive hazard areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air in Group II A, II B, T1 to T4.

The Yingteng explosion-proof fan coil units come in a variety of series, including horizontal surface-mounted, horizontal concealed, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, and wall-hung.

High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for adjustable air volume, catering to various usage requirements.
The complete unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper pipes, and aluminum fins, offering strong rust resistance.
The drip pan is fully molded, and the insulation uses an integral pressure bonding process, eliminating concerns about condensation.
Equipped with exhaust and drain functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipe cracking due to freezing.
The evaporator is made of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins, mechanically expanded.
The Yinteng explosion-proof air-cooled ceiling unit is equipped with an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger and a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.
Precision design allows for the selection of left or right-hand coil ordering. An optional automatic temperature control unit can be provided for constant temperature control of the controlled area; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)
The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all treated with quenching and special hard chrome plating for durability, with easy assembly and disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are all protected by metal hoses, compliant with international standards.
The static pressure at the common coiled discharge outlet is 0~12Pa, while the static pressure at the remaining pressure discharge outlet is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.
The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring durability without weld marks. The design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed pipe is made from sheets produced by Baosteel Shanghai, with a spray-painted surface treatment, while the concealed pipe is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.
The coiled material is made of seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring copper tubes arranged in an alternating pattern, offering excellent heat transfer performance and minimal air resistance.
