Product Description
Steam-heated stainless steel reaction kettle uses steam as the heat source for heat exchange. The boiler steam is introduced into the jacket of the kettle, transferring the steam heat into the kettle, causing the material inside to absorb heat and undergo reaction.
Thermal oil heating stainless steel reactors utilize water as a medium due to water's higher specific heat capacity. Under the same temperature control conditions, the heat transfer effect of the water medium in water heaters is superior. Moreover, water heaters operate with water as the medium, requiring only a connection to tap water, making them convenient to use and environmentally friendly. At standard atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of water is 100°C. Consequently, without pressure, the control temperature of water heaters can only be less than or equal to 100°C. In practical applications, by increasing the pipeline pressure, the control temperature of water heaters can be raised to 180°C, thereby expanding the application range of water heaters.
