Product Overview
The FUL-type heat-conducting oil radiator is a heat exchange device that utilizes steel-aluminum composite finned tubes with excellent technical performance and a floating head structure for compensating thermal stress. As a result, it is an ideal choice for air heating and heat exchange devices using heat-conducting oil (also known as organic thermal carrier or heat medium) as the heat transfer medium. In recent years, this radiator has been applied in industries such as textiles, dyeing and printing, rubber, leather processing, wood processing, and painting and baking, achieving good results.
The manufacturing process of steel-aluminum composite finned tubes is scientifically designed. It involves the lamination of steel and aluminum tubes on a specialized machine, ensuring a tight bond between the steel base tube and aluminum fins. This design boasts advantages such as low thermal resistance, excellent heat transfer performance, high strength, minimal fluid loss, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.

The floating head structure ensures effective compensation for the significant thermal stress that the radiator experiences in environments with high temperature differences and during the initial startup of the equipment.
The FUL type thermal oil radiator is available in various specifications, consisting of different surface tube lengths, tube counts, and row numbers. The flow can be customized to dual, triple, quadruple, or multi-pass according to user requirements, allowing the department to select as needed.

Model One: Round the decimal of the windward surface length to the nearest whole decimeter and multiply it by the decimal of the windward surface width rounded to the nearest whole decimeter.
The windward length is 1000mm, and the windward width is 837mm.
