Thermal oil air heater

Product Overview
The thermal oil air heater is a key device in a heat exchanger unit that cools or heats air using cold and hot mediums. By introducing high-temperature water or steam, the thermal oil can heat the air, while introducing saltwater or low-temperature water can cool the air. The medium of the thermal oil air heater is thermal oil, which utilizes the high-temperature characteristics of the oil to heat air and materials. When designing the pipeline, consider whether the cross-sectional area of the main pipeline matches that of the branch pipelines; otherwise, some pipelines may lack oil or have insufficient oil. During installation, follow the principle of low inlet and high outlet for the thermal oil.

Usage
Thermal oil air heaters are a type of industrial radiator primarily used in air heating systems for large and medium-sized industrial spaces or drying room systems. The on-site conditions for the air heating system in use include air volume and intake temperature. These industrial fan heaters are widely applied in various industries such as light industry, construction, machinery, textiles, dyeing and printing, electronics, food, starch, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, and painting, for environments including warm air heating, air conditioning, cooling, condensation, dehumidification, and drying.

Cooling Method

The heat dissipation method of an oil-air heater refers to the primary way the heat exchanger dissipates heat. In thermodynamics, heat dissipation is the transfer of heat, and the main modes of heat transfer are three: conduction, convection, and radiation. The transfer of energy, either from a substance itself or when substances come into contact, is called conduction, which is a common mode of heat transfer. For example, the heat conduction from the base of a CPU heat sink directly contacting the CPU is a case of conduction. Convection refers to the heat transfer by the movement of a fluid (either gas or liquid), and in computer cases, the "forced convection" cooling method common in the cooling system is driven by fans to circulate the air. Radiation refers to the transfer of heat through the emission of rays, with solar radiation being a common example. These three heat dissipation methods are not isolated; in daily heat transfer, all three methods occur simultaneously and work together.
