Product Overview
Cooling fin tube radiators are widely used heat exchange equipment in thermal exchange.
Cooling fin tube radiators commonly use fin tubes as the heat exchange element. The commonly used base tubes for fin tubes are seamless steel tubes or stainless steel tubes, with diameters such as 25*2, 18*2, 25*2.5, etc. The outer diameter of the fin tubes is usually 38, 50, 57, etc.
Fin tube quality selection, process procedures, material specifications, etc., are all strictly executed in accordance with national standards.
The applications of finned tube radiators for cooling are generally of two types:
1. To cool the external air of the cooling tube
The air cooler introduces a low-temperature medium into the tube, cooling the air through efficient heat transfer with finned tubes, thereby lowering the temperature of the air passing through the cooler. The low temperature at the air outlet side is related to the inlet temperature of the cooling medium (3-5℃ higher than the cooling medium temperature). The air flows counter-current to the medium. Air coolers of this type are primarily designed to cool condensate air, and materials such as steel-aluminum composite and stainless steel can be used.
2. For the purpose of cooling the heat medium inside the cooling tube
Cooling fin tube radiators have high-temperature media (such as hydraulic oil, hot water) flowing through the tubes. The fan forces air to pass over the fins outside the tubes, carrying away the heat of the media inside, thereby lowering the media temperature. The outlet temperature of the cooling media is significantly affected by the ambient air, usually being 5℃ or more than the ambient air temperature.
Cooling fin tube radiators can be categorized by material as: stainless steel air coolers, fin tube radiators, bimetallic air coolers, and steel-aluminum composite air coolers. They can also be divided by manufacturing process into: spiral fin air coolers, rolled fin air coolers, and so on.
