Product Overview    
The UⅡ type steam radiator is a radiator that is suitable for both steam radiator systems and hot water heating systems. Its inlets and outlets are on the same side, connected by U-shaped elbows. This design accommodates certain special installation requirements, such as the need for one end of the air heater to be against a wall or near other obstructions.
The fin tubes are made by winding φ16×1mm copper tubes with 10×0.2mm corrugated copper strips, forming a spiral shape. They come in three different pitch sizes: 3.2mm - "R", 4.2mm - "M", and 6.5mm - "T". The "R" pitch has a smaller pitch and a larger heat dissipation area, offering greater heat dissipation; the "M" pitch has a larger pitch, with less heat dissipation and air resistance; the "T" pitch is suitable for higher steam pressure with lower air temperature rise.
The UⅡ type steam radiator offers a variety of combinations with different surface tube lengths, tube counts, row numbers, and fin spacing, totaling 765 different sizes and specifications.
After the fin tube is coiled, all surfaces are dipped in tin alloy to ensure a tight contact between the fins and the tube, and to achieve an aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant effect.
The fins and the intake return main pipe are all connected using copper welding. All other process details are strictly controlled and meticulously planned to ensure the steam radiator performs well, is durable, easy to install, and cost-effective.
 

The UⅡ type numbering method is
Model - Spacing Code (Pitch) 3.2 - Tube Count on Surface - Surface Tube Length (inches).
If using two rows, with a spacing of 3.2mm and 21 tubes on the surface, and tubes measuring 60 inches in length, it is designated as UⅡ—2 (R)—21—60.
