Spiral plate heat exchangers are nearly ideal heat exchange equipment, where the medium flows fully counter-current within the exchanger, allowing both media to achieve the same flow characteristics. They are suitable for convective heat transfer in gas-gas, gas-liquid, and liquid-liquid systems, as well as for steam condensation and liquid evaporation heat transfer.

Spiral plate heat exchanger working principle description:

The spiral channels are sealed with staggered bevel焊接 at both ends, and the end face sealing is achieved with a top cover and gasket structure; the two channels are easy to clean with a valve, mainly used for gas-liquid, and liquid-liquid heat exchange; particularly suitable for dirty and scaling-prone media.

The spiral plate heat exchanger product sample, based on user and equipment unit feedback, has added four data points: effective area, connection pipe height, inclined tube length, and bracket height.
