Stainless Steel Reactor

Stainless steel reactors are pressure vessels primarily used for completing physical and chemical reactions, such as reactors, oxidizing reactors, decomposing reactors, polymerizing reactors, and crystallizing reactors, etc. Heating methods include electric, steam, thermal oil, and infrared, while cooling is achieved through jacket, external pipe, and internal pipe cooling, with speed ranging from 0 to 1000 r/min with variable frequency control. The type of impeller can be selected according to customer requirements. Materials may include carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum alloy, dual-phase steel, and their composite materials.

Based on the different sealing methods of the stainless steel reaction kettle, they can be categorized into: packed seal, mechanical seal, and magnetic seal.

According to the manufacturing structure of the stainless steel reaction kettle, it can be divided into three main categories: open flat cover reaction kettle, open flanged large flange reaction kettle, and closed reaction kettle. Each structure has its own application range and advantages and disadvantages.
