Electrically heated reaction kettle


Overview

Electrically heated reactors are primarily used in the oil, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, and food industries to complete processes such as vulcanization, nitrification, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, and condensation, serving as vessels like reactors, reactors, decomposers, and polymerizers, etc. Materials generally include stainless steel and carbon steel. These reactors are widely applied in the chemical, food, natural seasoning, food additives, and light industry sectors.

 

Equipment Structure

Electrically heated reaction kettle is composed of kettle body, kettle lid, stirrer, jacket, support and transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. The material and aperture can be customized according to the user's process requirements. Made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate, the stirring methods generally include anchor, paddle, worm gear, propeller, or frame type. It is a cost-effective and easy-to-operate unit that heats the oil in the jacket directly with an electric heating rod, achieving high heating temperatures. The reaction kettle is made up of kettle lid, cylinder body, jacket, stirrer, shaft seal transmission device, and support. It is suitable for various organic compounds for decomposition, synthesis, cracking, polymerization, and esterification reactions.

Heating methods include electric, oil, gas, water heating (or cooling), and open flame heating. Jacket types are: jacketed and semi-tubular jacket, with jacketed oil heating equipped with a flow guide. Agitation types generally include paddle, anchor, frame, helical, and scraper styles. High-speed options include dispersal impeller, turbine, high-shear, and propeller types, allowing customers to choose based on the process. Transmission options include standard motors, explosion-proof motors, electromagnetic speed control motors, and inverters. Heat exchangers come in cycloidal pinwheel, worm, and planetary gearless variable speed designs. Shaft seals are available in standard water-cooled filling seal, composite Teflon filling seal, and mechanical seal types. Discharge options include ball valves and lowering gates.

Used in oil, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, food industries, for processes like vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonation, polymerization, condensation, etc. It is based on thorough mixing of the reactive substances, and requires a stirrer for effective heat, cooling, liquid extraction, and gas absorption processes. The reactor is composed of the pot body, pot cover, agitator, electric heating oil jacket, support and transmission device, shaft seal device, overflow oil trough, etc., and is equipped with electric heating rods and temperature and pressure measuring instruments. (See Figures 1 and 2) Due to the varying production processes and operating conditions of users, the type of agitation generally includes anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame. The bearing seat comes in two types: suspended or supported. The jacket contains heat medium cylinder oil, which is heated by electric heating rods, and the jacket is provided with inlet, outlet, overflow, vent, and electric heating rod, as well as temperature measurement接管holes. The jacket outer wall is welded with brackets, and the pot body has an outlet at the bottom.
