Anti-slip plates are made from high-quality metal sheets, produced through continuous stamping on a CNC punch press using custom molds, resulting in a sheet material with anti-slip properties. Anti-slip plates commonly use crocodile mouth designs. They can be manufactured using different thicknesses and materials of metal sheets as raw materials. Anti-slip plates feature anti-slip, rust and corrosion resistance, durability, attractive appearance, and low cost. They are widely used as foot pedals on various machinery and special-purpose vehicle platforms; as well as on stairs and platforms in waterworks and wastewater treatment plants. Anti-slip Sheet Materials: There are various materials for anti-slip sheets, usually, most metal plates available in the market can be used to produce anti-slip sheets. Common materials include iron sheets (cold rolled, hot rolled, galvanized), aluminum sheets (1 series, 3 series, 5 series), and stainless steel sheets (304 grade, 316 grade), all of which can be used for manufacturing anti-slip sheets.
