Pavement stamping construction requires specific requirements for the base concrete work:

The strength of the basic concrete should be ≥C20, with the water-cement ratio as small as possible and no early-strength agent should be included in the mix.
2. Medium-sized aggregate particle size for concrete should be ≤30mm, and the minimum thickness of the base concrete must be ≥50mm.
3. The slump of concrete should be controlled between 3-4 cm, while the slump of commercial concrete should be maintained at 12-14 cm.
4. Crushed stone and raw land bases must be compacted or tamped by a roller press.
5.10cm and below: Use flat plate vibrators for concrete compaction. Above 10cm: Use internal vibrators for concrete compaction.
6. Use heavier steel long rollers (the steel roller should be at least 0.3 meters wider than the mold) to roll and flatten the ground multiple times to achieve a level surface. When rolling the ground, thoroughly remove any foreign objects from the roller. Remove concrete slurry to ensure there are no sand or stone deposits on the surface. In areas where steel roller usage is not possible, use a template to scrape the ground to a level surface.

7. After the concrete floor is levelly completed, water bleeding treatment should be carried out.

8. The bottom concrete should have a grade of C25 or C20, with the upper layer being砂浆细石混凝土 of C30 or C25, with a total thickness of 10-30cm.

Step-by-Step Process for Decorative Paving Installation

Trowel finish treatment on concrete surface: Before the concrete surface sets, apply 1cm of cement slurry, then use a hand trowel to evenly spread and level the mortar on the concrete surface, creating a rough texture.
2. Sprinkle hardening material: Evenly spread 2/3 of the specified hardener on the concrete surface during the initial setting stage, using a hand trowel to level and finish the initial operation after the hardening material absorbs moisture. Once the hardening material reaches a certain stage of initial setting, proceed with the second operation by sprinkling the remaining 1/3 material and leveling it with the trowel.
3. Leveling and Smoothing Hardening Materials: Perform at least three manual iron board leveling operations based on the concrete hardening status, with the smoothing operations to be staggered.
4. Apply Release Agent: Evenly spread a layer of release agent compatible with the curing material over the surface once the material has reached a certain initial setting stage, with the surface being dry and free of visible moisture.
5. Mold patterns are pressed, ensuring the mold remains fixed and flat. The pattern must be formed in one go without any need for re-pressing.

6. Accommodate various design styles, textures, and colors; also available in interlocking color designs.
