详情描述
Water-washed stone is a decorative technique that involves blending natural river or sea pebbles or gravels with cement in a specific ratio, spreading it onto the base, smoothing it with a weighted tool, cleaning the surface adhesive to reveal the original appearance of the stones. It resembles the popular water-washed stone technique of the 70s and 80s.

The difficulty in wall construction is somewhat greater, but the quality is easy to maintain; ground construction is not too challenging, but it's prone to cracking and localized settling. Therefore, the foundation design and construction must ensure the stability of the subgrade, and it is necessary to use reinforced concrete foundation pads. Additionally, settlement joints should generally be set at intervals of 5 to 6 meters.

1. Prior to construction, the subgrade should be cleaned, removing dirt and debris. This is done by washing with water.
2. Transport the water-washed aggregate mixture, blended by the mixer, into the site.
3. Spread the washed aggregate mixture evenly, slightly higher than the sides of the curbs.
4. After laying is complete, use a sturdy, straight wooden ruler to level the surface.
5. Level the road surface with an iron trowel until cement paste appears on the surface.
6. Remove the cement laitance from the road surface with an absorbent sponge, applying even pressure while pressing the sponge.
7. Roadwork Completed

Water Washed Stone Cleaning Process:
Keep an eye on the laid pavement, checking at regular intervals. Remove the film when the cement is nearing initial setting for cleaning. If unsure, perform a partial cleaning first to observe the results. Clean promptly in high temperatures to prevent cement from being difficult to clean once it sets. For cement that doesn't come off, use a high-pressure jet to quickly clean the pavement evenly. Also, clear the film and cement not on the work surface to avoid difficulties in later cleaning. Once the area is clean, take protective maintenance measures.
