The complete set of engineering materials for embossed paving includes: multi-color reinforced powder, multi-color demolding powder, various graphic molds, surface protectants, etc. We have developed a unique light color system and dual-color demolding powder, technically breaking through the bottleneck of traditional product colors, making the stone-embossed paving vibrant in color, naturally harmonious in tones, and complementing each other, elevating the quality to the level of art.

The raw materials for embossed paving include the following three types:

Color-Enhanced Reinforcement Material: Mainly composed of natural and environmentally friendly mineral aggregates and high-strength, wear-resistant cementitious materials.

Color Release Agent: A superfine colored powder mainly used in the construction of artistic flooring systems, serving as a separator between molds and concrete. Additionally, the remaining color release agent on the surface after washing can reflect the depth and color of the texture.

Sealant: The embossed artistic flooring is colored and strengthened by applying a dry sprinkled colored reinforcing agent (powder) onto the concrete surface after the water has disappeared from the surface. Then, using special tools, the colored reinforcing agent is blended into the concrete surface. Once the surface moisture and sheen have vanished, evenly sprinkle the colored release and curing agent (powder) and immediately press the chosen mold onto the concrete surface to achieve various design styles, textures, and colors, resembling the feel of natural materials.
