Pavement Embossing Construction Technique
Weather Conditions: To ensure construction quality, the installation of artistic paving should avoid windy and sandy, rainy, snowy, and frozen weather conditions.
Material Preparation: Arrange the paving materials, such as artistic flooring reinforcement material, demolding powder, protective agents, construction tools, and professional molds, neatly and in order.
Prior to the concrete surface treatment, it is mandatory to use an artistic floor roller-type slurry lifter to lift and smooth the concrete surface.
Surface Treatment: The artistic floor trowel levels the concrete surface, and then waits for the surface moisture to dissipate.
During the seeding stage: two applications of the artistic floor reinforcing agent before the concrete starts to set. The first application should be about 2/3 of the total amount, followed by the second application with approximately 1/3. Immediately after the second application, evenly spread the artistic floor demolding powder. After thorough moistening, use a trowel to assist in allowing the mixture to penetrate the entire concrete surface.
Concrete Stamping: Once the artistic flooring hardener and release agent are combined but not fully cured, use the artistic flooring mold to stamp and shape the design.
Concrete Protection: After the concrete surface is completely dry, apply two coats of sealant protector, typically using about 0.2 kg/㎡. The second coat must be applied only after the first coat is fully dry.
