Gravel Polymer Construction Process

1. Paving: Add a certain proportion of colored dye to the concrete for mixing, clean the subgrade thoroughly, and lay it out wet, then smooth it.

2. Spread colorful gravel: The concrete surface is finely polished, followed by the application of polymer color reinforcing agents and polishing. When the fine concrete dries to 5-6 degrees, spread the gravel material and other stone materials, smooth with a trowel, compact with a grinder, and then spread the gravel material again.

3. Spray Passivation Agent: Apply a layer of passivation agent to the initial setting pavement surface and cover it with a film.

4. Rinse: After sufficient reaction, rinse the surface mortar with a high-pressure water jet based on the temperature and the setting of the cement, revealing the gravel aggregates.

5. Clean Impurities: Use *** acidic solution (0.3kg/m²) to wash the laid pavement, removing surface cement impurities.

6. Spray sealant after the road surface is completely dry.
