详情描述
The complete set of engineering materials for embossed paving includes: multi-color reinforced powder, colorful demolding powder, various graphic moldings, surface protectants, etc. We have developed a unique light color system and dual-color demolding powder, technically breaking through the bottleneck of traditional product colors' dullness. The colors are vibrant, the tones harmonious and naturally transitioned, complementing each other, elevating the quality to an artistic level.

Product Features of Embossed Paving
· Patterns and colors can be freely combined, with the entire formation laid out in one go.
·Compressive strength typically exceeds that of normal concrete by a factor of 3 or more, with excellent wear resistance.
·Utilizing inorganic pigments, the colors are durable and resistant to ultraviolet rays, suitable for the complex and changeable temperature and humidity conditions in China.
· Oil-resistant, water-resistant, and non-slip; surface will not crack, peel, or fade.

Stamped pavement construction technique:
Weather Conditions: To ensure construction quality, the installation of artistic paving should avoid windy sand, rain, snow, and freezing temperatures.
Material Preparation: Arrange the paving materials such as artistic flooring reinforcement material, demolding powder, protective agent, construction tools, and professional molds neatly and in order.
Prior to concrete surface treatment, the concrete surface must be textured and leveled using an artistic floor roller-type paste lifter.
Surface Treatment: The artistic floor trowel levels the concrete surface and then waits for the surface moisture to dissipate.
Fertilization Stage: Apply the artistic flooring reinforcement agent twice before the concrete starts to set. The first application should be approximately 2/3 of the total amount, followed by the second application with about 1/3. Immediately after the second application, evenly sprinkle the artistic flooring demolding powder. After thorough moistening, use a trowel to assist in allowing the mixture to penetrate the entire concrete surface.
Concrete stamping: The process involves combining artistic flooring hardener with release agent, and then using specialized artistic flooring molds to stamp the pattern while the mixture is still pliable but not fully cured.
Concrete Protection: After the concrete surface is completely dry, apply two coats of sealant protector, typically using around 0.2 kg/㎡. The second coat must be applied only after the first coat is fully dry.
