  Porous adhesive stone paving, a type of road or flooring formed by bonding aggregate with a binder, allowing for water permeability. Widely used in parks, squares, residential communities, courtyards, poolside areas, etc., it boasts high water permeability, strong load-bearing capacity, and excellent heat dissipation. It helps create a mild, comfortable, and convenient living environment for humans.

Construction Process: Surface treatment - Coating processing - Mixing - Adhesive stone blending - Cutting, spreading, leveling, and compacting - Expansion joint fabrication - Product maintenance - Delivery for use.

Painting Construction Process: Base Treatment - Coating Treatment - Image Alignment - Image Edging Molding - Mixing - Adhesive Stone Blending - Cutting and Leveling - Product Maintenance - Demolding - Delivery for Use (Note: For the adhesive stone construction of images composed of various colors, it is necessary to remold, construct, cure, and demold again after the previous color adhesive stone has cured to achieve the desired effect).

1. Substrate清算: After 1 week of maintenance on the polished floor in sunny conditions, allow for natural drying for 10-15 days, followed by ground sweeping. Ensure the floor is free of any dust and construction debris before proceeding with the next step of concrete paving.

2. Graphic Compilation: On-site, create graphic patterns or color cut line symbols for architectural drawings under monotonous ground conditions.

3. Strip Cutting: Cut the strips according to the cutting line or graphic symbols, and cut the ground using the strip cutting device. The cutting depth should be within 1 centimeter.

4. Small area graphic or cut color processing: First lay out the special color graphic, then use plastic strips to maintain the graphic or cut color. First, insert the plastic strip into the symbol slot pre-cut in the floor, followed by laying the mixture of resin, hardener, and marble adhesive. Once the small area graphic or cut color reaches 90% hardness, install the cut strips (copper strips, glass strips, stainless steel strips). After installation, proceed with the rubber and stone flatness adjustment.

5. Large-scale Installation: Install the same-color adhesive stone in a harmonious manner, cut the edges with plastic strips for maintenance. When the curing hardness reaches 90%, install cutting strips (copper strips, glass strips, stainless steel strips). After installation, adjust the flatness of the adhesive stone. Other colors follow similar methods.

6. Hardness reinforcement and luster effect: Overall hardness reaches 95% (over 100 kg load), with full-body resin hardener spray (equipment: air pump). The resin and hardener must follow a 6-hour rapid curing specification.

7. Concrete Agglomeration Stone Maintenance: After the coating sets for 6 hours, perform ground maintenance (dust protection) with colored tarpaulin coverings. Once fully laid, the concrete agglomeration stone can support pedestrian traffic after setting for 48 hours (3 cm thickness can support pedestrian traffic after 18 hours, 6 cm thickness after 48 hours). During the entire setting period of the concrete agglomeration stone, ensure dust and rain protection measures are in place to prevent the load-bearing of vehicles or heavy objects exceeding 2000 kg.
