详情描述
Porous concrete flooring is an excellent paving material for protecting groundwater, maintaining ecological balance, and alleviating urban heat island effects. It holds special significance for the positive development of the human living environment, urban rainwater management, and water pollution prevention. As early as the 1970s and 1980s, the United States began researching and applying porous concrete, with many actively promoting its use. For instance, Germany aims to transform 90% of its roads into porous concrete within a short period, changing the past ground coverings that destroyed urban ecosystems, and allowing the porous concrete pavements to rely on extensive social benefits.

Porous pavement construction road requirements
1. Thickness of permeable concrete pavements: As can be seen, the strength of colored permeable concrete is predominantly used in walkways, squares, parking lots, and garden paths. The panel thickness varies depending on the pavement application. For light-load surfaces like walkways and bike lanes, the surface layer thickness should be no less than 8 cm. For medium-load surfaces like parking lots and squares, the surface layer thickness should be no less than 10 cm. To consider cost, the surface layer can be divided into two layers: the top layer being a colored permeable concrete layer with a thickness of no less than 3 cm, and the bottom layer being a plain permeable concrete layer.
2. To ensure that the road body structure layer of the pervious pavement has sufficient overall strength and permeability, a pervious sub-base and a layer with good water retention properties are required beneath the surface layer.
3. Considering heavy rainfall seasons, to prevent excessive water accumulation at the sub-base, which may affect the drainage ground base, specialized permeable pipes are installed at the sub-base to lead to the roadside drainage system, allowing for the expulsion of excessive rainwater during use.

Porous concrete paving, as a new type of urban paving, allows rainwater to infiltrate underground through its large-pored structural layer or drainage permeation facilities, thereby controlling surface runoff and promoting rainwater utilization.

Permeable concrete人行道 pavement can be used for sidewalks, bike lanes, public squares, outdoor parking lots, light traffic lanes, park roads, and road shoulders and median strips; light traffic roadways; ecological gardens, public green spaces, riverfront walkways, etc.
