Eco-Porous Concrete Flooring

详情描述
Porous concrete flooring, as a new environmentally friendly and ecological road material, is increasingly attracting attention from the industry. Modern urban surfaces are often covered with reinforced concrete buildings and impermeable pavements, lacking the ability to breathe, absorb heat, and permeate rainwater compared to natural soil. This leads to a series of environmental issues, and concrete has long been considered a culprit in nature's destruction. However, by creating continuous voids, a connection point with the natural environment can be established.

(1) Increase the permeable and breathable areas in cities, enhance the heat and moisture exchange between the surface and air, regulate the urban climate, lower surface temperatures, and benefit in alleviating the "urban heat island" phenomenon.
(2) Maximize the use of rain and snowfall to increase the surface relative humidity, replenish the increasingly depleted groundwater resources in urban areas, and utilize permeable roadbeds as "reservoirs"; improve the living conditions for urban surface vegetation and soil microorganisms, and adjust the ecological balance.
(3) Alleviates the burden on road drainage systems during the rainy season, significantly reducing the pollution of urban water bodies from heavy rain.
(4) Absorbs noise generated by vehicle travel, creating a quiet and comfortable living and traffic environment, prevents road surface water accumulation during rain, and reduces glare at night.
(5) Prevents road surface ponding and night-time glare, and prevents the formation of black ice during winter (a nearly invisible thin layer of ice formed by frost and fog, extremely dangerous), enhancing the comfort and safety of vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
(6) Large voids can absorb urban pollutant dust, reducing dust pollution.
(7) Patterns and colors can be designed to suit environmental and functional requirements, ensuring a seamless integration with the surrounding environment.
The colored pervious concrete paving system is primarily used for sidewalks, bike lanes, public squares, outdoor parking lots, light traffic lanes, park roads, and roadside and median strips.

Porous concrete revolutionizes the traditionally monochromatic gray of concrete, showcasing a vibrant array of colors. By utilizing different hues, it seamlessly integrates with the ground, buildings, and landscapes, creating a cozy and harmonious living environment!
