详情描述
The embossed paving is done by applying a dry-sprayed colored reinforcing agent to the concrete surface after the water has evaporated from it, coloring and reinforcing the surface. Then, a special tool is used to blend the colored reinforcing agent into the concrete surface. Once the surface moisture and luster have disappeared, a uniform application of colored release agent is applied, followed immediately by pressing a pre-selected mold onto the concrete surface to achieve various design styles, textures, and colors.

Decorative paving for pathways, the textured surface showcases the unique charm of your architectural landscape. Its rustic elegance, characterized by rough, irregular textures, shapes the classic detailed patterns of the textured paving, unleashing the refined passion of the textured surface. Combined with the power of quality, it imparts a new rational attitude to the textured paving, highlighting the personality and allure of the textured surface.

Artistic taste with low-carbon, sophisticated stone texture, instantly sensing the strength and durability of natural stone. A harmonious blend of various colors showcases the unique beauty of the floor, embodying exceptional quality to create personalized landscape paths.

The raw materials for embossed paving include the following three types:
Color-Enhanced Reinforcement Material: Composed mainly of natural, environmentally friendly mineral aggregates and high-strength, wear-resistant cementitious materials.
Color Release Agent: A super-fine colored powder primarily used in the construction of artistic flooring systems, serving the purpose of separating molds from concrete. Additionally, after washing, the remaining color release agent on the surface can reflect the depth and color of the texture.
Adhesive: The embossed artistic flooring is colored and strengthened on the freshly laid concrete surface after the water on the surface has evaporated. This is done by dry-spraying colored reinforcing agent (powder) onto the concrete surface and using a special tool to blend the colored reinforcing agent with the concrete surface. Once the surface moisture and luster have disappeared, evenly sprinkle colored demolding and curing agent (powder) and immediately press the pre-selected mold into the concrete surface to achieve various design styles, textures, and colors, resembling the texture of natural materials.
