Water-washed stone is a construction technique that has been increasingly popular in recent years. It primarily involves mixing natural river or sea pebbles or gravels with cement in a proportionate manner and applying the mixture to the base. After using a load-bearing tool to flatten it, the surface adhesive is treated, revealing the original appearance of the stones.

Due to the diverse colors and shapes of its raw materials, it can be used to create various patterns and designs, widely applied in interior decoration and outdoor landscaping. Some large-area exterior wall renovations also use water-washed stone, exuding a natural and simple feel.

Cautionary Notes:

Be mindful of the washed stone content; too little can result in an unappealing appearance, while too much may lead to loose bonding. For particles ranging from 3-5mm, an optimal content per square meter is around 18-20kg.
