详情描述
Pavement stamping is a high-strength, wear-resistant decorative material that contains inorganic pigments, special nano-mineral aggregates, and additives. It involves directly applying a high-strength cement stamping reinforcement to the wet concrete surface, allowing it to interact and form an integrated whole. Before the concrete sets, the pavement stamping pattern tools and release agents are used to stamp various natural textures and patterns onto the cement-stamped concrete surface, creating a distinctive stone-like finish. This not only enhances the ground's strength over traditional concrete but also extends its lifespan.

The cement embossed series materials work in sync with concrete paving. By using a stable performance artistic building material, a variety of texture molds, and a cement embossed special protective agent, the finished product boasts a strong texture and vibrant colors. Even workers without cement embossing experience can quickly create wood or natural stone texture effects on the cast-in-place concrete surface. The cement embossing has a strong expressive power, offering a fresh look and fully reflecting the overall grade and exceptional taste of the building.

The raw materials for embossed paving include the following three types:
Color-Enhanced Reinforcement Material: Composed mainly of natural, environmentally friendly mineral aggregates and high-strength, abrasion-resistant cementitious materials.
Color Release Agent: A super-fine colored powder mainly used in the construction of artistic flooring systems, serving as a separator between molds and concrete. Additionally, the remaining color release agent on the surface after washing can reflect the depth and color of the texture.
Sealant: The embossed artistic flooring is colored and strengthened on the laid concrete surface after the water on the surface has evaporated. This is done by dry-spraying colored reinforcing agents (powder) onto the concrete surface, then using special tools to blend the colored reinforcing agent into the concrete surface. Once the surface moisture and luster have disappeared, uniformly sprinkle colored demolding and curing agent (powder), and immediately press the selected molds onto the concrete surface to achieve various design styles, textures, and colors, resembling the texture of natural materials.
