Gravel polymer concrete is a composite of various materials, hence the name "polymer flooring." It includes a variety of natural stone sands in various colors, whether rough or polished pebbles, along with quartz sand, cement, cement additives, retarding agents for slurry control, and a transparent dipropylene polyurethane sealant for surface application.

Aggregate concrete exposed aggregate finish is typically available in two methods:
Washing: Employ a mild controlled water spray, combined with a stiff-bristled brush for scrubbing, to remove the surface layer of mortar until the fine particles of aggregates in the concrete become visible.
b. Retarding Agent: By applying an approved surface retarding agent solution to the concrete finish, it influences the setting of the surface mortar, removes the mortar surface, and then clears the retarding agent solution using water washing and/or wiping, revealing the aggregates and achieving the desired surface texture.

Aggregate polymer pavement is a decorative technique that involves mixing fine aggregates, glass aggregates, cement, and special binder in specific proportions, spreading and applying it over cast-in-place concrete subgrade, followed by surface treatment to reveal the sand and gravel fine aggregates.
