How to use cement embossing molds:

1. Concrete Surface Texturing: Apply a 1cm layer of cement slurry to the concrete surface before initial setting, then use a hand trowel to evenly spread and level the mortar, followed by texturing the surface.

2. Sprinkle Hardening Material: Evenly sprinkle 2/3 of the specified hardening agent, Emei Color Concrete, over the concrete surface in the initial setting stage. After the hardening material absorbs moisture, use a hand iron plate to level and finish the work. Once the hardening material reaches a certain stage of initial setting, proceed with the second stage of sprinkling the remaining 1/3 material, followed by leveling and finishing.

3. Leveling and Finishing Hardening Materials: Perform at least three manual iron plate leveling and finishing operations based on the concrete hardening condition, with the finishing operations to be staggered.

4. Sprinkle release agent: Once the hardening material reaches a certain initial setting stage and the surface is dry with no visible moisture, evenly spread a layer of release agent compatible with the hardening material.

5. Pattern is pressed using molds, ensuring the mold remains fixed and flat. The pattern must be formed in one go without any need for re-pressing.

6. Accommodate various design styles, textures, and colors.

The embossed concrete flooring is created by sprinkling colored composite powder on cast-in-place concrete and using molds to create various textures, resembling granite, marble, slate, wood, and bricks.
