Pavement stamping construction technique:
Weather Conditions: To ensure construction quality, the installation of artistic paving should avoid sandstorms, rain, snow, and freezing weather.
Material Preparation: Arrange the construction materials such as artistic paving reinforcement material, demolding powder, protective agent, construction tools, and professional molds neatly and in order.
Prior to the concrete surface treatment, it is mandatory to use an artistic floor roller-type slurry lifter to lift and level the concrete surface.
Surface Treatment: The artistic slab trowel levels the concrete surface and then waits for the surface moisture to dissipate.
Fertilization Stage: Apply the artistic paving reinforcement agent twice before the concrete starts to set. The first application should be approximately 2/3 of the total amount, followed by the second application with about 1/3. Immediately after the second application, evenly spread the artistic paving demolding powder. After thorough wetting, use a trowel to assist in allowing the mixture to penetrate the entire concrete surface.
Concrete stamping: The process involves combining the artistic paving hardener with the release agent, but before they have fully cured, using specialized artistic paving molds to stamp and form the design.
Concrete Protection: After the concrete surface is completely dry, apply two coats of sealing protector with an approximate dosage of 0.2 kg/㎡. The second coat must be applied only after the first coat is completely dry.
