详情描述
Decorative paving is a green, environmentally friendly flooring material that has gained popularity in the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and rapidly spread across major developed countries worldwide in recent years. It can create various natural marble, granite, brick, tile, and hardwood flooring effects on original concrete surfaces, featuring aesthetically pleasing and natural patterns, authentic and enduring colors, and sturdy, durable texture.

Pavement stamping construction process:
Weather Conditions: To ensure construction quality, the installation of artistic paving should avoid windy sand, rain, snow, and freezing temperatures.
Material Preparation: Arrange the paving materials, such as artistic floor reinforcement material, demolding powder, protective agent, construction tools, and professional molds, neatly and in order.
Prior to concrete surface treatment, the concrete surface must be slurry-raised and smoothed using an artistic floor roller-type slurry-raising machine.
Surface Treatment: The artistic trowel smooths the concrete surface and then waits for the surface moisture to dissipate.
Application Stage: Sprinkle the artistic flooring reinforcing agent twice before the concrete starts to set. The first sprinkling should be about 2/3 of the total amount, followed by the second sprinkling with about 1/3. Immediately after the second sprinkling, evenly spread the artistic flooring demolding powder. After thorough wetting, use a trowel to assist in allowing the mixture to penetrate the entire concrete surface.
Concrete stamping: When the artistic paving hardener and demolding powder are combined but not yet fully cured, use specialized artistic paving molds for stamping and forming.
Concrete Protection: After the concrete surface is completely dry, apply two coats of sealant protector, typically around 0.2 kg/sq. m in quantity. The second coat must be applied only after the first coat is fully dry.
