详情描述

Porous concrete flooring is a lightweight concrete made from aggregates, cement, and water. It lacks fine aggregates and forms a honeycomb-like structure with uniformly distributed voids, as the coarse aggregates are bonded together by a thin layer of cement paste. Thus, it features breathability, water permeability, and light weight.

High permeability
Porous pavement has a porosity of 15%-25%, allowing for a permeation rate of 31-52 liters per cubic meter per hour, significantly higher than the drainage rate of effective rainfall under quality drainage systems.
High-bearing capacity
The permeable pavement has been certified by the national testing authority to meet the load-bearing standards of C20-C25 concrete, exceeding the load-bearing capacity of conventional permeable bricks.

III. Excellent decorative effect
Porous pavement comes with a color optimization ratio scheme, capable of complementing designers' unique creativity to achieve decorative styles required by different environments and personalities. This is something that standard porous bricks struggle to accomplish.

Four: Ease of Maintenance

The concern about pore clogging is unnecessary; the unique permeable paving system can easily be resolved by simply washing with high-pressure water.

Five: Freeze-thaw Resistance
Porous paving has a stronger frost-thaw resistance than regular concrete surfaces, as it won't crack due to frost-thaw effects, thanks to its larger void structure.
Six. Durability
The permeable paving offers superior durability and wear resistance compared to asphalt, resembling that of standard paving, while avoiding the drawbacks of shorter lifespan and economic inefficiency commonly found in standard permeable bricks.
Seven: High Heat Dissipation
The low density of the material itself (15-25% voids) reduces its thermal storage capacity. The unique pore structure allows lower ground temperatures to enter the surface, thereby lowering the overall temperature of the paved surface. These characteristics make the permeable paving system similar to the heat absorption and storage functions of naturally vegetated ground.

Colorful anti-slip road surfaces are a colored inorganic anti-slip layer applied to asphalt or concrete pavements, typically with a thickness of around 2mm. They feature vibrant colors, excellent weather resistance, and high strength, making them suitable for installation on both motorized and non-motorized roadways.
