详情描述
The embossed flooring series is a uniquely patterned, monolithic product, created through on-site casting using custom molds with colored inks. It incorporates advanced technology and rigorous construction management to produce a wide variety of pattern models and vibrant color variations. It boasts wear and pressure resistance, non-slip properties, and the characteristic of being one-piece formed, with multiple practical applications.

Molded flooring construction requirements:
1. The strength of the basic concrete should be ≤ C25, with the water-cement ratio as small as possible and without any early-strength additives in the concrete.
2. The particle size of crushed aggregate in concrete should be ≤30mm, and the base surface layer must be paved with a cement mortar layer of crushed aggregate particles ≤15mm in thickness of ≥10mm.
3. The slump of concrete should be maintained between 3-4 cm, while the slump of commercial concrete should be controlled at 12-14 cm.
3. Crushed stone and natural soil foundations must be compacted or tamped.
4. Use a flat vibrator for concrete compaction for thicknesses under 10cm, and an internal vibrator for thicknesses above 10cm.
5. Utilize heavier steel long rollers (the steel roller should be wider than the mold by more than 0.3 meters) to repeatedly roll and flatten the platform, achieving a level surface. When rolling the platform, all foreign objects on the steel roller should be removed. Extract the concrete slurry to ensure there is no sand or stone on the surface. In areas where steel roller usage is not feasible, use a template to scrape the platform to achieve a level surface.
6. After the concrete pedestal is levelled, water bleeding treatment should be conducted.
7. The required gradation for the bottom concrete is C25 or C20, with the top layer being砂浆细石混凝土 of C30 or C25, with a total thickness of 5-20cm.

Press mold flooring construction process:
1. After the concrete is spread on-site, it is vibrated and topped with a colored reinforcing agent (dry powder) evenly on the concrete surface to create a colored layer of about 3mm. Then, use professional tools to blend the reinforcing agent into the concrete surface, achieving a seamless integration and finishing with a smooth surface treatment.
2. Begin evenly sprinkling (colored) release agent powder when the surface starts to set but has not yet hardened.
3. Mold the surface with the selected rubber mold to finish the surface pattern processing.
4. After 4-7 days of maintenance, perform acid washing on the floor surface; remove the color of the demolding powder from protruding parts, and complete the surface color treatment.
5. Surface-coated with an invisible protective agent, the cement pressure-molded floor is treated for anti-pollution, anti-slip, and sealed reinforcement. At this point, the concrete base and the colored reinforcing layer have completely cured into a single unit, with surface strength and wear resistance three times higher than that of ordinary concrete surfaces.

Porous concrete flooring allows rainwater to quickly infiltrate the ground, effectively replenishing groundwater, alleviating the urban heat island effect, and protecting the city's natural water systems from damage, offering significant environmental benefits. Additionally, it addresses the issue of waterlogging on regular surfaces, enhancing both safety and comfort for pedestrians, and is crucial for improving the living environment.
