How to Use Cement Embossing Molds:

1. Concrete Surface Roughening Treatment: Apply a 1cm cement slurry before the concrete starts to set, then use a hand iron board to evenly spread and level the mortar on the concrete surface, followed by roughening the surface.

2. Spraying Hardening Material: Evenly spread the specified amount of 2/3 hardening agent colored cement over the surface of the concrete in the initial setting stage. After the hardening material absorbs water and becomes moist, use a hand iron board to level and finish the work. Once the hardening material reaches a certain stage of initial setting, proceed with a second application of 1/3 material for leveling and smoothing.

3. Leveling and Finishing Hardening Materials: Perform at least three manual iron plate leveling and finishing operations based on the concrete hardening condition, with the finishing operations to be staggered.

4. Sprinkle demolding powder: At a certain stage of initial setting of the hardening material, when the surface is dry and free of visible moisture, evenly sprinkle a layer of demolding powder that matches the hardening material.

5. Mold the pattern, ensuring the mold remains flat and fixed. The pattern must be formed in one go without requiring a second press.

6. Achieve various design styles, textures, and colors.
