The concrete textured flooring offers authentic colors, strength, and properties, such as anti-slip and waterproof capabilities, comparable to natural stone. Preparation for Embossed Pavement Construction:

The weather during the installation of decorative paving can significantly affect the quality of the work. Construction should be avoided during rainy, snowy, windy, sandy, and frozen conditions. In areas with large diurnal temperature differences, construction is prohibited at night, and the ambient temperature should generally be above 2℃. A favorable construction environment is essential to ensure the quality of the decorative paving. It is advisable to avoid concurrent construction with other work teams and, if necessary, the construction site should be enclosed. Gravel and natural soil foundations must be compacted or tamped by a roller.

2. The concrete strength of the subgrade for embossed paving should be ≥C25, with the water-cement ratio as small as possible and without any early-strength admixtures in the concrete.

3. The thickness of the concrete must be consistent, with the base concrete thickness being 5cm or more. Large aggregate particles in the concrete should be ≤1.5cm, and flat vibrators should be used for concrete less than 10cm thick, while insertion vibrators should be used for concrete 10cm or thicker.

4. After the concrete has been vibrated, use a heavier steel long roller (the roller should be at least 0.3 meters wider than the formwork for the ground slab) to repeatedly roll over the ground slab to achieve a level surface. When rolling the ground slab, any foreign objects on the steel roller should be cleaned off. After the concrete has been floated, ensure there is no sand or stone on the surface. In areas where the steel roller cannot be used, hand float the concrete and use a level ruler to scrape out a level ground slab.

5. After the concrete slab is leveled and treated for bleeding, use a hand iron plate to smooth the concrete surface before the initial setting on the surface.

The textured paving allows the ordinary concrete road surface to look more attractive. The colored concrete textured paving is more even and provides a smooth passage for vehicles. The textured surface offers anti-slip properties. After proper maintenance, the colored concrete textured paving can last for over a decade.
