详情描述
Porous concrete is paved with ordinary gravel coated in colored cementitious material, topped with a protective coating. The surface texture and permeability of porous concrete floors are far from meeting the standards of vitrified stone. Vitrified stone floors have a superior texture to porous concrete. The powerful functions of vitrified stone floors improve the urban "man-made desert" situation and balance the urban ecosystem.

Excellent water permeability, effectively replenishing groundwater resources and improving water quality; no water accumulation on road surfaces, maintaining soil temperature; rich colors, enhancing the harmonious charm of the city; permeable "ground atmosphere," keeping the ground warm in winter and cool in summer; water permeable during the rainy season and snow melting in winter, increasing the comfort of urban living; dust adsorption, reducing dust pollution; anti-slip and noise reduction, adding greenery to the city; custom design and creation of various graphics, fully realizing the designer's imagination and adding artistic flair; natural materials and colors, beautifying the urban environment; easy construction and simple process.

Porous concrete slab construction steps:
1. Mixing: The cement slurry in the permeable pavement mixture has a higher viscosity and less quantity. To ensure the cement slurry is evenly coated on the aggregates, it is advisable to use a forced-action mixer with a mixing time of over 10 minutes.
2. Permeable Subgrade Pouring: Prior to pouring, the subgrade must be moistened with water, otherwise the rapid loss of moisture in the permeable pavement will weaken the bonding strength between aggregates. Sprinkle cement slurry to prevent delamination. The permeable subgrade must be compacted with a vibration roller.
3. Surface Layer Spreading: The surface layer should not be heavily tamped or compacted during the spreading process. Generally, a flat polishing machine is used to compact and finish the surface, but high-frequency vibrators must be avoided as they can make the concrete too dense, reducing the porosity and affecting the permeability. Additionally, high-frequency vibrators can cause the cement paste to separate from the coarse aggregate surface, settle at the bottom to form an impermeable layer, and thus lose the permeability of the material. After the polishing machine passes, manual material补充 and edging are required for any areas with deficiencies.
4. Blind Path Casting: The blind paths in permeable pavements require custom organic glass molds, filled with mortar. After complete drying and curing, simply spray with color.
5. Maintenance: Due to the large number of pores, permeable paving is prone to water loss and dries quickly, making maintenance crucial. Especially early-stage maintenance, it's important to prevent excessive evaporation of moisture in the paving. Generally, the demolding time for permeable concrete is shorter than that for regular concrete, so its sides and edges are exposed to the air. Use plastic film or colored tarpaulins to cover the surface and sides promptly to ensure adequate moisture and full hydration of the cement. Begin watering the permeable paving within 1 day after pouring, but avoid using a high-pressure water jet directly on the concrete surface, as this may wash away some cement slurry, creating weaker areas. Instead, water can be poured directly from above. The watering maintenance period for permeable paving should be no less than 7 days.
6. Apply protective clear coat. Once the permeable paving is fully cured, you can spray the colored clear coat. First, rinse the paving surface, then wait for the moisture to completely dry before using a sprayer to apply the colored clear coat. To protect the edges, cover them with transparent tape to avoid staining.

Porous concrete paving materials are eco-friendly, high-permeability materials used in sponge city construction. They serve as a novel paving method that can partially replace urban paved surfaces, effectively improving the urban ecosystem. These materials help revitalize the city's surface, allow rainwater to seep into the ground, and effectively eliminate surface water accumulation, making them a "breathing" green and environmentally friendly ground material.
