The stampable paving is achieved by coloring and reinforcing the concrete surface after water has evaporated from the freshly laid concrete. This is done by dry-spraying colored reinforcing agents and using specialized tools to blend them into the concrete surface. Once the surface moisture and luster are gone, an even application of colored release agent is performed, followed by immediately pressing a pre-selected mold onto the concrete surface to create various designs, patterns, and colors.

Safety Precautions for Pre-cast Floorings:
1. No construction is allowed during strong wind, rainy weather, or when temperatures fall below 0°C to prevent contamination and cracking.
2. The concrete subgrade must be compacted and smooth.
3. When laying the template, ensure the tiles are tightly fitted and follow the pattern's sequence.
4. Colorful solid powder should be evenly sprinkled, with patterns meeting the design standards. The amount of demolding powder used should adhere to the square meter standard.
5. Time management is crucial when applying colored rigid powder and removing paper molds.
6. The coating maintenance agent should be applied only after the surface moisture is completely dry and can be evenly sprayed. No pedestrians or vehicles are allowed to walk or drive over it until the maintenance agent is dry.

Pressed Concrete Pavement Construction Technique

After the concrete is spread on-site and tamped, evenly sprinkle a color intensifier (dry powder) on the concrete surface to form a colored layer of approximately 3mm. Then, use professional tools to blend the intensifier into the concrete surface, integrating it seamlessly, and perform surface polishing.

2. Begin to uniformly sprinkle (colored) demolding powder when the surface starts to solidify but has not yet hardened.

3. Use the selected rubber mold to press on the surface, completing the surface pattern treatment.

4. After 4-7 days of maintenance, perform an acid wash on the floor surface; remove the color of the demolding powder from protruding parts, and complete the surface color treatment.

5. The surface is coated with a colorless protective agent, providing anti-pollution, anti-slip treatment, and sealing reinforcement for the cement pressed flooring. At this point, the concrete base and the colored reinforced surface have fully cured into a single entity, with surface strength and wear resistance three times higher than that of standard concrete surfaces.
