The Keyi artistic flooring, also known as stamped flooring or textured flooring, is a colored flooring hardener composed of wear-resistant mineral aggregates, high-grade cement, inorganic pigments, and polymer additives. It creates a distinctive stone texture and rich color effects on the concrete surface through processes such as stamping, finishing, and sealing.
Artistic Floor Construction Steps:
1. Concrete Surface Roughening Treatment: Before the concrete surface starts to set, apply a 1cm layer of cement slurry and use a hand iron plate to evenly spread and level the mortar on the concrete surface, then roughen the surface.
2. Sprinkle Hardening Material: Evenly sprinkle the specified amount of 2/3 hardening agent over the surface of the concrete in the initial setting stage, allowing the hardening material to absorb moisture.
After wetting, use a manual iron plate to level and smooth the surface to complete this task. Once the hardening material has initially set to a certain stage, proceed with the 1/3 material spreading, leveling, and smoothing operation.
3. Leveling and Finishing Hardening Materials: Perform at least three manual iron plate leveling and finishing operations based on the concrete hardening condition, with the finishing operation to
Interleave as required.
4. Sprinkle demolding powder: At a certain initial setting stage of the hardening material, evenly sprinkle a layer of demolding powder compatible with the hardening material over its surface when it is dry and free of moisture.
5. Press patterns using molds, ensuring the molds remain fixed and flat. The pattern should be formed in a single pass without repressing.
6. Accommodate various design styles, textures, and colors, as well as interplay of multiple colors.

Base Treatment → Survey and Establish Control Lines → Formwork Installation → Concrete Mixing → Concrete Laying → Vibration and Leveling
Lay down hardener → Sprinkle demolding powder → Press and emboss → Wash surface → Apply sealant → Maintain
