Gravel polymer flooring additives feature high dispersibility, enhanced workability, and construction performance. The gravel concrete additives boost the mixture's strength, slump, and fluidity while reducing the water-cement ratio, maintaining excellent workability. Consequently, they significantly increase concrete strength and reduce cracking.

By using the same amount of cement and maintaining similar workability, incorporating this product can enhance compressive strength, with a 50-90% increase after 3 days, a 60-70% increase after 7 days, and a 30-60% increase after 28 days.

Polymer aggregate gravel concrete process classification:

1. Aggregate Concrete Surface Sanding: Pass a clean stiff-bristled brush over the plastic surface to achieve even stripes, forming a brushed finish. The direction of the stripes on adjacent panels should be alternated.

1) Gentle Surface Sweep: Made by sweeping with medium to high stiffness synthetic bristles.

2) Medium Surface Sweep: Achieved by sweeping with medium to high stiffness palm bristle brushes.

3) Heavy Surface Scrubbing: Achieved by pushing with a high-hardness palm brush or wire brush.

2. Aggregate Concrete Sponge Troweling: Slightly coarser than smooth troweling, this technique is achieved by using a sponge or rubber-faced trowel to create a surface finish with radiating troweling patterns. Alternatively, we invite the client to provide artistic guidance to determine the desired troweling patterns.

3. Gravel concrete steel trowel or noodle trowel finish surface: A smooth, hard, and dense surface without any traces of trowels, smoothing trowels, grooving trowels, or edging trowels. This finish can be applied only after the concrete has been troweled and when the concrete surface is free of moisture during the smoothing process.

4. Gravel Concrete Troweled Finish: This smooth finish offers a relatively flat appearance while still providing sufficient slip resistance with textured patterns. Apply using a wooden or metal trowel in continuous, circular strokes to leave a fine textured pattern. Alternatively, seek artistic guidance from the client to determine the desired troweling pattern.
