PTFE (Teflon) mesh belt is made from a suspension polymer of tetrafluoroethylene (commonly known as the "Plastic King" PTFE) emulsion, impregnated with high-performance glass fiber mesh or aramid fiber mesh, and is a new type of high-performance, multi-purpose composite material product.
PTFE coated conveyor belts offer excellent non-stick properties and dimensional stability, widely used in papermaking, food processing, environmental protection, screen printing, apparel, chemicals, glass, medical tape, electronics, insulation, abrasive cutting, and mechanical heat sealing fields.
Demolding Performance
PTFE's demolding properties outperform any other high-temperature material. This non-stick characteristic is maintained across the entire working temperature range.
Penetration
Our PTFE belts combine the largest open area with excellent mechanical strength. The result is a very high level of airflow control through the belt, thereby maximizing the drying speed.
Dimensional Stability
Woven reinforcing materials can produce approximately 1% elongation under normal mechanical loads, even at temperatures up to 550°F. Length deformation is extremely low, while width stiffness and stability are enhanced due to the high modulus of the reinforcing material.
Heat stability
Our PTFE belts can be used continuously at temperatures up to 550°F without compromising their performance.
Dynamic Strength
Our PTFE belts have undergone both static and dynamic testing, indicating they can withstand all normal working conditions that affect service life.
Chemical resistance
PTFE belts are unaffected by most chemicals and solvents.


Support, drive, tension, and guide
The EHE brand conveyor belts offer excellent dimensional stability, allowing for simple systems for support, tensioning, driving, and guiding.
Nevertheless, to ensure the conveyor operates without failure throughout its lifespan, tensioning, driving, and guiding devices must be specifically designed for the particular application. Therefore, we recommend that customers consult their regional sales manager.
Support
Steel skates, steel V-guides, or roller supports are all suitable for EHE Performance Plastics conveyors.

Driver
A single driven roller with a flat surface and an appropriate high-friction coating will meet the requirements of most applications.


Tension
EHE Performance Plastics belts hardly expand or contract during their service life, allowing for easy tensioning with minimal effort.
