Automatic lathe

A rear feeding CNC lathe employs a rear long pushrod-type CNC lathe feeding machine to push the workpiece bar, and automatically clamps, locates, and processes it, a new generation of CNC machine tools for processing.

Its feature is the ability to process longer rods, but the drawback is that it occupies too much horizontal floor space.

The rear feeding CNC lathe is suitable for fully automatic processing of long shafts or heavy-duty products. Products are arranged in a hopper and sequentially fed by a rear feeding cylinder to the lathe spindle for automatic CNC processing. When changing product specifications, the spring collet and the core tube at the rear feeding position need to be replaced, then adjust the hopper's length and other parameters, and re-tool the processing.

The fully automatic CNC lathe with post-feeding allows one operator to manage multiple machines, with lower skill requirements for workers. No need for a specialized lathe master for each machine; a regular worker is sufficient. They only need to learn basic tool sharpening and arrange the workpieces neatly in the hopper. The machine then automatically feeds and processes them. Workers enjoy a lighter workload and lower labor intensity, typically managing 4-10 machines (varies depending on the workpieces), resulting in high efficiency and cost savings in human resources. Generally, the wages of workers for a few months to half a year can offset the initial investment in the post-feeding CNC lathe, significantly reducing production and management costs for many processing enterprises.
