MW1450B External Cylindrical Grinder



Primary Application:
This machine tool is suitable for grinding round or internal holes of cylindrical or conical rotating workpieces with IT6-1T7 precision, and is ideal for single or small batch production scenarios.
This series of machine tools offers three different lengths of cutting tool spacing at 1500, 2000, and 3000mm, for customer selection.

Structural Characteristics:
a. The machine table's longitudinal movement can be powered by hydraulic stepless speed transmission or manually via a handwheel. The abrasive wheel carriage's lateral feed can be achieved through hydraulic micro-automatic periodic feed and rapid forward and reverse, or manually via a handwheel for both coarse and fine feeds.
b. Workpieces, grinding wheels, oil pumps, and cooling pumps are individually driven by separate motors.
