Key Features:
The feed and adjustment of machine tools are executed by two independent drive mechanisms. The feed system features a fixed-length grinding function and employs both manual and hydraulic feeding methods.
2. The machine tool is equipped with a quick-jump mechanism, so there's no need to manually realign the tool after measuring or adjusting the grinding wheel.
3. The workbench is equipped with a hydraulic switch valve for the start-up, ensuring safety during loading and unloading operations.
4. Special orders for machine tools can be equipped with high-speed grinding wheel spindles capable of 18,000 rpm, suitable for grinding holes of 20~50mm in diameter.
5. The machine tool lacks an end grinding device on the headstock top, and there is a reliable hydraulic interlock between the end grinding rotation and the worktable's longitudinal movement.
