This machine tool is a single-axis CNC semi-automatic internal cylindrical grinder, primarily used for grinding the inner holes of workpieces with diameters up to 50 millimeters.
Machine tool bed is cast in iron, featuring a compact structure, good stability, and strong rigidity.
Machine tools feature semi-automatic cycles; grinding feed rate, grinding speed, and dressing speed are automatically adjusted.
Machine tool parameter settings and adjustments are done via a touch screen, enabling human-machine dialogue for intuitive and convenient operation.
The machine tool feed adopts a Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor, driven through a coupling to move the ball screw. The guide rail is equipped with a cross-interlocking roller steel guide rail, ensuring rigidity.
The reciprocating hydraulic part of the workbench is automatically controlled by a PLC.
Machine tool workpiece clamping is available with a variety of fixtures, including three-jaw chucks, pneumatic clamps, hydraulic clamps, and diaphragm clamps, for user selection.
Grinding wheel shafts for abrasive grinding are equipped with high-speed electric spindle, controlled by a variable frequency converter to achieve stepless speed adjustment.
