1. The feed and adjustment of machine tools are executed by two independent drive mechanisms. The feed system features a fixed-length grinding function and operates via either manual or hydraulic feed methods.
2. The machine tool is equipped with a quick jump mechanism, so there's no need to manually re-tool after measuring or adjusting the grinding wheel.
3. The workbench features a hydraulic switch valve for the start-up, ensuring safety during loading and unloading operations.
4. Special orders for machine tools can be equipped with high-speed grinding wheel spindles at 18,000 rpm, suitable for grinding holes ranging from 20 to 50mm.
5. The machine tool lacks an end-grinding device on the headstock top, and there is a reliable hydraulic interlock between the end-grinding rotation and the longitudinal movement of the worktable.
