The MW250A/MWD250A internal cylindrical grinder is capable of grinding cylindrical bores with diameters of 150-500mm and slightly conical bores with minimal taper, with a grinding depth of 450mm.
This machine tool is primarily suitable for single small-batch production. The worktable features hydraulic transmission and allows for infinite adjustment of working speed. The grinding wheel can perform micro lateral feed, with each reciprocating stroke of the worktable feeding the wheel once. The workpiece can be adjusted laterally, and the grinding wheel adjustment is operated via a hydraulic handle, enabling infinite adjustment of the truing speed.
