2. The grinding wheel line speed is 45m/s, featuring strong machine tool cutting ability and low grinding wheel wear rate. The surface quality of the grinding is excellent. Compared to a 35m/s grinding wheel line speed, the cutting ability and the service life of the grinding wheel can both be improved by 20% to 30%.
3. Grinding wheels and guide wheel shafts are all designed with an overhanging structure, making it convenient to replace the grinding wheels and guide wheels.
4. The guide wheel adjustment utilizes AC variable-frequency stepless adjustment.
5. Operation features a display screen for human-machine dialogue, equipped with an automatic cutting program, adjustable feed rate, speed, and time.
6. Yonghua can enhance performance by selecting optional components through special ordering methods, such as cutting-in mechanisms, long workpiece through-milling supports, and magnetic separators for the cooling system.
 
Main Application and Scope:
This machine tool is suitable for centerless grinding of various cylindrical and annular parts, ideal for mass production. With the addition of an indexing mechanism, it can also be used for centerless cutting and grinding of conical parts with a taper not exceeding 1:20 and shaped rotating body parts. Compared to similar machine tools, it boasts features such as high rigidity, strong grinding power, and high wear resistance of the abrasive wheel.
