Polyurethane synchronous belt

Details

Polyurethane (PU) synchronous belts are made from imported thermoplastic polyurethane materials, featuring high wear resistance. Various types of steel cores ensure they maintain excellent movement capabilities during transmission with minimal production tolerances. A layer of nylon is applied to the tooth surface and/or back during production to maintain the special running characteristics for specific applications. Additionally, a thicker layer of polyurethane can be added to the belt back to prevent corrosion or high loads.

1. Anti-aging, waterproof, UV-A protection, and ozone resistance

2. Operating temperature: -30℃ to +80℃; short-term withstand up to +110℃.

3. Highly oil and grease-resistant

4. Resistant to corrosion by most acids and alkalis.

Conveyor belts, also known as transmission belts, are the transmission medium in the belt drive system. The belt drive system is a type of transmission system that includes two or more pulleys with a belt wrapped around them, allowing the belt to rotate freely. One or more pulleys provide power to the drive belt, carrying the material being driven on the drive belt. The pulley that powers the drive belt is called the drive pulley, and the others are referred to as idler pulleys.

Conveyor beltConveyor belt, also known as a transport belt, is a composite rubber and fiber, or metal product, used for carrying and conveying materials in belt conveyors, or a product made from a composite of plastic and fabric. Conveyor belts are widely used in industries such as cement, coking, metallurgy, chemicals, and steel, for short-distance and low-volume conveying applications.
