Polyurethane synchronous belt
Details
Polyurethane (PU) synchronous belts are made from imported thermoplastic polyurethane materials, featuring high wear resistance. Various types of steel cores ensure excellent movement capabilities during transmission, with tight manufacturing tolerances. A layer of nylon is applied to the tooth surface and/or back during production to maintain the unique operational characteristics for special applications. Additionally, a thicker layer of polyurethane can be added to the belt backside to prevent corrosion or high loads.
1. Anti-aging, waterproof, UV-A protection, and ozone resistance
2. Operating temperature: -30℃ to +80℃; briefly withstands up to +110℃.
3. Highly oil and grease-resistant
4. Resistant to corrosion by most acids and alkalis.
Conveyor belts, also known as transmission belts, are the transmission medium in the belt drive system. The belt drive system is a type of transmission system that includes two or more pulleys with a belt wrapped around them, allowing the belt to rotate indefinitely. One or more pulleys provide power to the drive belt and support the material being driven on the drive belt. The power-driven pulley is called the drive pulley, while the others are referred to as idler pulleys.
Conveyor beltConveyor belt, also known as a transport belt, is a composite rubber, fiber, and metal product, or a plastic and fabric composite, used for carrying and transporting materials in belt conveyors. Conveyor belts are widely used in short-distance and low-volume conveying applications in industries such as cement, coking, metallurgy, chemical, and steel.
