On May 16th, Shanghai Shelf Company received a call from a large supermarket in Yuepu Town. The supermarket requires custom-made shelves with the following specifications: Lightweight shelves: each shelf can support 100-200 kg, with adjustable height for storing lightweight loose items. The standard size is L1500 x W500 x H2000 (four shelves), with shipment scheduled for June 1st. Our company will dispatch the goods on June 1st and arrange for on-site installation. The installation process is as follows:

1. Install the main shelving unit. Position the main shelving according to the diagram, aligning the end of the beam with the notch of the main frame column, and the other end with the notch of the auxiliary frame. Screw it in place, adjust to the appropriate distance, and tighten the screws using an adjustable wrench.

Install auxiliary shelves. Align the beams and pillars of the auxiliary shelves, then connect them to the pillars of the main shelf, adjust the distance, screw them in place, and tighten the screws with an adjustable wrench.

After the 3 racks are installed, adjust them to the appropriate position by tapping the corresponding parts of the posts and beams with a rubber mallet, according to the warehouse rack acceptance standards.
