Copper Strip Machine

This machine is designed for riveting processing of wire materials, featuring pressure riveting to connect wires, replacing traditional soldering methods. It eliminates the drawbacks of cold soldering, open soldering, and air pollution. It undergoes easy-to-pass complete specification tests (UL, JST) and boasts a user-friendly design with simple operation.

Utilizing special continuous copper strip terminals, the material is cut, shaped, and pressed in one operation, resulting in quick production with no waste, thus saving costs.

Copper strip terminals are treated with a special pattern, resulting in exceptional tensile strength after riveting and consistent quality.

Equipped with straight/bent mold seats for connecting different products.

Application Scope:

Neon lamps connected to resistors, sliding switches connected to wires, connections to high-temperature heating elements, and connections to thermosensitive components (such as reed switches, thermostatic fuses)
