Detailed Description:

Clean panel storage and handling

Inorganic pre-coated panels should retain the original packaging as much as possible before installation and should be stored indoors. If stored outdoors, the storage area should be level, free of standing water, and not have cranes or heavy loads passing overhead. The panels should be elevated by wooden blocks by 20 cm, and soft materials should be placed between the panels. Panels of the same type should be stacked together, with each pile of panels marked with easily identifiable type labels and covered with waterproof tarpaulins. Temporary fencing should be set up around the storage area to prevent unnecessary damage to the panels from pedestrian traffic.

Clean panel installation

The installation of inorganic pre-painted panels typically employs mobile scaffolding. In ensuring the load-bearing capacity of the construction scaffolding, it is also important to consider:

(1) Distance between the facade wall, working surface, and the axis.

(2) Locate the spacing and position of control points by referring to the reference plane, ensuring visibility.

(3) Identify the spacing between the installation angles by referencing the reference surface.

(4) Horizontal difference from the controlled elevation;

(5) Vertical spacing from the building and spacing between each floor.

When handling inorganic pre-coated boards, lift from both ends simultaneously to avoid damaging the surface oxide film or coating. When installing wall panels, lift only one panel at a time and use the manufacturer's special clamps to lift the panels at two points along the length of the wallboard. The lifting process should be slow and controlled with a wind rope to prevent collisions with installed panels. Wrap the protruding parts of the scaffolding with soft materials.
