Detailed Description:

Inorganic pre-coated boards, also known as clean boards or Carré boards, are based on 100% asbestos-free calcium silicate boards. Technically, they are coated with a special polyester for surface treatment, providing effective fire resistance, aging resistance, water resistance, maintaining a bright appearance, and giving a sense of cleanliness.


Clean Sheet Product Features

1. Eco-friendly: Unique manufacturing process, 100% asbestos-free base material, free of radioactive elements, benzene, formaldehyde, and other harmful substances.

2. Lightweight: Density of 1.0~1.2 g/cm³, the product is lightweight, which is beneficial for reducing the load-bearing and seismic resistance of the building foundation.

3. Non-flammable materials: A-grade calcium silicate board, made of non-flammable materials, is the most suitable base material for interior decoration in fire-resistant areas.

4. Economy: Costs are significantly lower than natural stone and large tiles.

5. Dimensional Stability: Flat and smooth, with resistance to bending and impact, low coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction, dimensions almost unchanged with temperature variations.

6. Easy to install: Can be cut and sanded with standard processing tools; adhesive, cement resin, or specialized double-sided tape will ensure a strong bond.

7. Excellent Waterproofing: Passed water resistance tests, ideal for use in bathrooms, kitchens, restrooms, and other humid areas.
