Antique glazed tiles

Glazed tiles are formed by pressing colored steel sheets through a cold-rolling machine. The colored steel sheets can be categorized into many types, but broadly, they can be divided into roof materials and wall materials. Glazed colored steel tiles are typically used as roof materials, laid on roofs constructed with steel structures, ensuring both the architectural aesthetics and extending the building's service life.

Structural steel frame buildings offer the advantage of resource conservation. Load-bearing walls are constructed using special-shaped steel (e.g., C-section, Z-section steel, etc.), and composite panels are then used for the exterior walls. The roof is clad with color steel glazed tiles.

Color steel glazed tile production equipment, all made of cast iron and steel. The bottom is constructed with H-beam as the base, with two support frames above, arranged in multiple rows. There is a certain distance between each row for placing the pressure mold shafts. Designers design corresponding shafts based on the shape of the sheets. Shafts are connected by chains, with a reduction gear driving one shaft. The reduction gear is controlled automatically by a PLC system. It can control the length of the color steel glazed tile sheets according to demand, producing ideal sheets.
